The Regional Ring Road (RRR) is a planned ring road of roughly 340 km around Hyderabad, well outside the Outer Ring Road. It is planned in two parts: the northern part (about 158–164 km) linking Sangareddy, Narsapur, Toopran, Gajwel, Jagdevpur, Bhongir and Choutuppal, and the southern part (about 182 km) linking Choutuppal, Ibrahimpatnam, Kandukur, Amangal, Chevella, Shankarpally and Sangareddy. To see whether it passes near your land, switch on the RRR layer in Telangana LandGrid with survey numbers on.

How to check if RRR passes near your land
- Search your village in the Telangana LandGrid app (Android or iPhone).
- Open Layers (the layers button on the right of the map) and go to Premium Layers.
- Switch on "RRR South & North". The alignment is drawn on the map.
- Zoom out to see where the route runs relative to your village.
- Turn on Survey No. and zoom in to see exactly which survey numbers the alignment crosses or passes beside.
Example: checking Kondurg (E), Rangareddy district, the RRR alignment runs right past the village, cutting across survey parcels on its edge.
Why RRR matters for land owners and buyers
- If the route crosses your survey number, part of the land may be acquired for the road — check the notification for your village and survey number.
- If the route passes nearby, improved access usually raises interest in the surrounding land, especially near planned interchanges.
- Buying land near RRR? Confirm the exact distance from the alignment and that the plot itself is not inside the acquisition corridor.
Other project layers
The same Premium Layers list includes the Hyderabad–Pune–Mumbai bullet train route, the Appa Junction–Manneguda four-lane road widening and Telangana mine lease boundaries, so you can check those against survey numbers too.
