The Dharani portal was replaced by Bhu Bharati on 14 April 2025, so Dharani is no longer available. Bhu Bharati's public services cover land records — Details of Land, market value, prohibited lands and encumbrance details — rather than a survey map viewer. To see a survey number on a map, use a satellite survey map such as Telangana LandGrid: search the village, tap Survey No. and tap the parcel. For a certified map, apply for a village map or Tippan at the mandal office.
What happened to Dharani
Dharani was Telangana's land-records portal from October 2020. On 14 April 2025 the state launched Bhu Bharati (bhubharati.telangana.gov.in) under the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, and Dharani was switched off. Anything you used to look up on Dharani — land details, market value, encumbrance — is now on Bhu Bharati.
