1. Information We Collect
We are committed to collecting as little personal information as possible. The App may collect:
- Usage and analytics data — anonymous information about how the App is used (such as screens viewed, features used, and approximate session activity), collected via Firebase Analytics.
- Crash and diagnostic data — automatically generated reports when the App crashes or encounters an error, collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve stability.
- Device information — basic technical details such as device model, operating system version, and app version, used for compatibility and troubleshooting.
- Purchase information — records of in-app purchases (such as Village Survey Map downloads and the Remove Ads upgrade) are processed and stored by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, phone number, or email address unless you voluntarily contact us for support.
2. Land Query Data
Land searches, survey numbers, and boundary information you view in the App are retrieved for display on your device. No personally identifiable land query data is linked to your identity or stored on our servers for the purpose of tracking individuals.
3. Advertising
The App displays advertisements (via Google AdMob) to support free access. Advertising partners may use device identifiers to serve and measure ads.
- On iOS, ad personalization is governed by your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) preference. If you decline tracking, you will see non-personalized ads.
- On Android, ad personalization is governed by your device advertising settings.
- You can remove ads entirely by purchasing the Remove Ads upgrade within the App.
4. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features
- Diagnose technical problems and fix crashes
- Understand aggregate usage trends
- Process and deliver in-app purchases
- Display advertising (unless you have removed ads)
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information may be processed by trusted service providers solely to deliver the functions described above, including:
- Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Play / Apple App Store (purchases and payments)
These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or valid legal process.
6. Data Retention
Analytics and crash data are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, in accordance with the retention practices of our service providers. Anonymous and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

- Adjust ad tracking through your device privacy settings (iOS ATT or Android ad settings).
- Purchase the Remove Ads upgrade to stop seeing advertisements.
- Uninstall the App at any time to stop all further data collection.

Telangana LandGrid is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Telangana. Survey data is sourced from publicly available government portals and is provided for reference only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
