By downloading, installing, or using the Telangana LandGrid mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

All land survey data, boundary information, survey numbers, ownership records, and related geographic information displayed in this App is sourced from publicly available government portals, including but not limited to the Telangana State Government land records and survey databases. Telangana LandGrid does not create, verify, or certify this data independently.
The data is provided for general reference and informational purposes only. It may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Survey boundaries and records may have changed since the data was last published on the respective government portals.
3. Disclaimer of Accuracy
Telangana LandGrid makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the data displayed in the App. All survey boundaries, land measurements, and related information are approximate and for reference only.
You must verify all land records, survey numbers, ownership details, and boundary information with the relevant local government offices, revenue authorities, or sub-registrar offices before making any decisions based on this data.
4. No Investment or Legal Advice
Nothing in this App constitutes investment, legal, financial, or professional advice. Telangana LandGrid is not a licensed surveyor, legal advisor, or financial consultant. The App is not intended to replace professional advice from qualified surveyors, lawyers, or financial advisors.
Any decisions regarding land purchases, investments, legal disputes, property transactions, or other financial matters must be made independently and in consultation with qualified professionals and government authorities. Do not rely solely on this App for any such decision.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TELANGANA LANDGRID, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
- Any loss of money, property, or investment resulting from reliance on data in the App
- Wrong or failed land purchases or transactions based on App information
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in the survey data displayed
- Any action taken or not taken based on information provided by the App
- Any legal disputes arising from land boundary or ownership information in the App
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. TELANGANA LANDGRID IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR HARM OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THIS APP.
6. Purchases — No Refund Policy
All purchases made within the App, including but not limited to Village Survey Map downloads and the Remove Ads upgrade, are final and non-refundable.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed.
- Village Survey Map purchases are consumable — each purchase generates one map download.
- If you experience a technical issue with a purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund requests may be submitted to the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) in accordance with their own refund policies. Telangana LandGrid does not control app store refund decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, layout, and branding are the intellectual property of Telangana LandGrid. The underlying survey data remains the property of the respective government authorities. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written permission.
8. User Responsibilities
By using this App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Verify all critical land information with official government sources before acting on it
- Not use the App data for any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its data
9. Privacy
The App collects minimal usage data for analytics and crash reporting (via Firebase). No personally identifiable land query data is stored on our servers. Ad personalization on iOS is subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) preference. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
